Self Healing and Growing

God made sure I saw this post! I left an abusive, nightmare narcissist almost a year ago. I was SO mentally, physically, emotionally damaged. I’m still in my healing journey. I am on this exact same path. The woman I became being with him is just horrifying to be honest, but that woman is dead. I’m more motivated than I have ever been in my entire like right now. I’m not stopping! I started journaling reading working out etc so many things I’ve always wanted to do, but I was so depressed and I had no self-confidence self-worth nothing. I gained 35/40 lbs being with him. Since then I’ve lost 50! It’s never too late to start over. As long as we do not compare ourselves to other women compete with other women, be jealous of other women etc and we do nothing but worry about ourselves. We compete with ourselves everyday. Every single day push harder than yesterday to keep kicking this journeys ass! I know I don’t know you or your story, but I can say I’m proud of you!! This shit isn’t easy! Sorry for the long comment. lol! But seeing this brought tears to my eyes, happy ones of course. Thank you so much for making this post. ❤️
